Once a month, there is a meeting with all of the Souled Coaches and Coach Managers. Attendance at these meetings is mandatory. If for some reason you absolutely cannot make the meeting, you are required to watch the recording. The monthly meetings are generally 1.5 hours long, 10:00AM-11:30AM ET. In order to make it easy to know when meetings are and to receive automatic reminders about them, we arranged them in the portal as courses and automatically registered all coaches to them. If you go to the “Available Courses” page in the portal, you should see that you are registered for these meetings. You can also see the meeting schedule in the Souled Team WhatsApp chat, in the chat description.

The “My Courses” page in the portal displays all classes (in this case meetings) that a student (coach) registered for. So, if you go to this page, you will see the upcoming meetings that you are registered for.

Souled classes are joined using a personal link that every student receives when registering. This link is also in the portal on each class. For the team meeting, you will use your personal link to join. You can access it in the portal or in the reminder email/sms that you will receive prior to the meeting.

After the meeting ends, the recording will be available on the “My Courses” page in the portal (you may have to scroll down).

Aside from the schedule of upcoming meetings, the “Staff Meetings” page in the coach portal includes a button to join meetings as well as to watch all recordings. It also displays previous meetings and how long you attended or watched the recording.
