Hosting

If you host a student for a Shabbos or Yom Tov meal, Souled will reimburse you $20 for each meal (per student) if you are paid in USD and 75 ILS if you are paid in ILS. Hosting one or a few students for a Shabbos or Yom Tov meal does not require prior approval and you should submit the information as a reimbursement request after they have attended. In cases where you are hosting many students, you must fill out the request for approval. We do not require receipts for Shabbos or Yom Tov meal hosting.

Other Expenses

If you want to invite a student over during the week, take her out to eat, or buy her a book or gift, this needs prior approval. As a policy Souled does not cover these expenses. However, sometimes there are exceptional circumstances that warrant making a purchase. These are dealt with on a case by case basis. It is very important that you not make any purchase expecting to be reimbursed. 

Submitting a Request

To make a purchase or reimbursement request, select "Purchase Requests & Feedback on Coach-Led Courses" in the coach portal and fill out the form on the next page. Your request will be reviewed and we will get back to you regarding approval.
