Your Growth. Your Access. Your Edge.

At Souled, coaching is more than a job—it’s a calling. And as part of this movement, you deserve direct access to the leadership shaping its future. That’s why our bi-monthly PD sessions with the Director of Coaching are more than mandatory—they’re a high-impact opportunity for professional growth, personal clarity, and strategic alignment.

These sessions are your dedicated space to refuel, refocus, and rise—with insight and mentorship from the very person setting the coaching strategy for our entire team.

What You’ll Gain:

  1. Strategic Insight You Can Use:  Get the inside track on Souled’s evolving vision and initiatives. Understand not just what we’re doing—but why—so you can align your coaching with the direction of the wider team.
  2. Personalized Mentorship:  Receive targeted, meaningful feedback from the Director of Coaching—tailored to your students, your style, and your current challenges. These aren’t generic trainings. They’re for you.
  3. Tools + Tactical Support:  Walk away with practical tools, frameworks, and coaching strategies to elevate your sessions, and structure your coaching goals.
  4. Leadership Development:  These sessions aren’t just about managing today’s caseload—they’re about shaping you as a grounded, intentional mekareves in this space.
  5. Paid Time, Purposefully Used:  This is paid professional development—protected space in your schedule to invest in yourself. It’s not extra. It’s essential. And it’s built into your role because your growth is part of our strategy.

Best Practices for Attending and Arranging Bi-Monthly Meetings
Before the Meeting

  1. Schedule proactively: Reach out promptly to arrange your session and respect preset times.
  2. Review your coaching notes: Identify current challenges, wins, and topics you want to address.
  3. Set personal goals: Clarify what you hope to gain or resolve during the session.
  4. Prepare questions and topics: Bring up pressing issues—no need to wait until the meeting itself.

During the Meeting

  1. Be present and distraction-free: Give your full attention; turn off notifications and step away from other tasks.
  2. Be open and honest: Share challenges, uncertainties, and aspirations candidly for targeted feedback.
  3. Engage actively: Take notes, ask clarifying questions, and participate in discussions.
  4. Seek actionable feedback: Request specific strategies or resources that address your needs.

After the Meeting

  1. Review your notes: Summarize key takeaways and agreed-upon action items soon after.
  2. Follow through: Apply new strategies and suggestions promptly in your coaching practice.
  3. Schedule your next session: Don’t let momentum drop—secure the next meeting while details are fresh.
  4. Provide feedback to the Director: If something in the session particularly helped or could be improved, let them know.

General Etiquette

  1. Value both your time and the Director's by being both punctual and prepared.
  2. Treat these sessions as essential investments in your professional journey—not just obligations.
  3. Safeguard privacy by not sharing sensitive meeting content unless explicitly permitted.

Your commitment to these best practices ensures your coaching journey is truly elevated, maximizing every opportunity for growth and impact.
