Director of Coaching (Leadership & Growth)

Serves on the executive leadership team of Souled, as the coaching team lead.

• Sets the strategic vision and direction for Souled’s coaching team, ensuring we align with the broader Souled organizational goals
• Oversees all coaches and Coach Manager, leading performance management
• Leads the professional growth and leadership development of coaches, helping you show up more grounded, intentional, and impactful in your role
• Drives the quality and effectiveness of coaching — including goal setting, session structure, and overall student progress
• Oversee student transitions between coaches and re-matching process

Program Director (Vision & Learning)

Leads Souled’s vision and learning strategy, serving as our senior kiruv resource and point person for content, complex cases, and halachic guidance.

• Represents us, and is the face of Souled
• Oversees and develops course content
• Serves as our senior kiruv resource — available to support coaches in navigating complex cases, how to advance a student’s growth, and bringing halachic questions to a rav
• A broader resource for the team on big-picture kiruv approach

Coach Manager (Staff Support & Operations)

Supports coaches operationally, handling day-to-day needs, student fit triage, and staffing logistics.

• Your go-to for day-to-day questions, concerns, and nachas!
• First stop for evaluating complex student fit cases. Consults with Rivkie and Adina.
• Maternity leave planning
• Capacity changes (adding/dropping students)
• Works closely with Director of Coaching to ensure coach transitions are facilitated smoothly
